Suspect was arrested on the 5th of June 2013. Conspiring to steal capital from his victim's high-value trust fund, the suspect was frustrated and paranoid with the victim, Gregory Hayes, a long-time associate of the suspect. In an impulsive act during the heat of the moment, the suspect assaulted the victim, who attempted to defend himself. Before succumbing to the blows inflicted by the victim, the suspect drew his firearm and shot the victim, killing him. The suspect was a long-time user of amphetamines, and was under the influence during the time of the crime, which would have altered his judgement.

After serving 10 years in King City Penitentiary with good behaviour, Aaron Keaton was released under parole on the 5th of June 2023. He is to report to a parole officer monthly for drug tests and to check his associations.
