The cars featured in Tarmac Legends® are modelled to be high quality and optimised, a perfect mix for pretty, glossy graphics and good performance. Almost all factory racer cars have 6 body kit options (including stock), 5 decal options, 5 factory paint schemes and 10 wheel options (including stock). Cop cars can also be customised too, letting you pick from 6 police kit options (including stock) and 5 police skins. Police have access to Perks, allowing them extra technology to take down racers, which you can choose one of three. This adds a layer of personalisation to the game, allowing you to show off a car designed in your own unique style! Tuning is also featured, allowing you to tweak the cars stats to your liking. Engine, body, boost and suspension can be tweaked which changes the stats of your top speed, acceleration, strength, boost duration, boost power and ride height/track width.
Signature vehicles are vehicles of iconic drivers in the world of Tarmac Legends®, often earned by completing tasks or taking the car by force. They usually feature an outlandish body kit and livery, with unique stats, which are unavailable in normal customisation of factory cars. Signature vehicles are extremely special, powerful machines - so earning them will help you a lot in events!
Buying new cars means scouring the dealerships. Racer cars are sold in a black market showroom, hidden in a dingy warehouse. Cars are shipped in fast, having promo photos taken against a night sky backdrop on a photo set before being put up for sale online. Cop cars are sold in the police parking garage. For police officers, they are assigned a vehicle free of charge and have no choice in the matter - but you are not an officer. You must work hard and earn money undercover to show your mettle, and in return be rewarded with faster and more high-tech police vehicles.
